Canal Du Midi

Picture this, a full week floating down the French canals, glass of wine in hand, more bread and cheese than you can possibly imagine, wine tastings, vineyard visits, sunshine & the best friends you could ever ask for…yes this was in fact my holiday. I can’t recommend a trip on the Canal Du Midi highly enough to anyone looking for a holiday where they can truly unwind. The pace of life was slow, slow, slow and the food was absolutely out of this world. My stomach is even rumbling at the thought of it!

I decided to leave my professional gear behind, and only brought along a little compact for the trip. Having my gear around water for a week was too frightening to imagine! It was a great challenge to see what I could achieve with the smaller camera and I am pleasantly surprised with the results. Now sit down with a glass of wine, and let me take you to France x
